Pre-orders for special Christmas Eve pick up now open on our website! Deadline to pre-order for 12/24 pick up is Sunday 12/21 at 11:55pm.
There will be no pickups on Friday, December 26 or Friday January 2. Next pick up after 12/24 will be Friday January 9.
If you are planning to pick up on both dates, PLEASE PLACE A SEPARATE ORDER FOR EACH DATE. Thank you for helping us avoid confusion about what you’re planning to pick up when.
12/24 Special | ‘Povitica’ Croatian Walnut Rolls
If you like lightly sweetened holiday baked goods, our GF take on traditional povitica will be for you! Creating a GF version of this treat has been on my list for years, and I’ve finally done it.
My grandmother’s recipe required stretching dough super thin across a tablecloth-covered table, brushing on lightly sweetened walnut filling, and rolling it up using the tablecloth itself. Without that huge stretchy ball of gluten dough, I had to reimagine the process. I settled on swirl rolls that work beautifully with soft GF dough and rise nicely despite being loaded with that amazing walnut filling.
Because many avoid egg, dairy or both, there are 2 versions of the filling: the traditional version with dairy and egg, and another version that is egg-free and dairy-free. Both versions are partially sweetened with delicious local honey.

Please plan ahead! Since our next pickup after December 24 won’t be until January 9, consider stocking up on what you’ll need for the first week of January during our 12/19 and 12/24 pick ups. Our products freeze beautifully!
Taking a Brief Winter Pause
After the 12/24 pick up, we’ll be taking some time off to rest and recharge at the end of December and beginning of January.
Our first pick up of 2026 will be January 9.
We’re looking forward to starting the new year refreshed and ready to bake for you again.
